‘You’ Joe Goldberg surprises Cardi B with a gift

It looks like Joe Goldberg from Netflix Original Thriller Series You found her latest obsession: Cardi B.

The “Up” rapper shared on Twitter that she received a surprise package from the fictional serial killer on Thursday. She tweeted: “How did Joe find my new address?” with a picture of a hat with the words “Hello, you …” embroidered on it. And he came up with a scary letter that was absolutely relevant.

“Hello, you … My harassment and murder may make me a certified monster, seven days a week, but it also led to … you,” the letter read. “Cardi B, you have meaning with social media. You are meaningful. Substantial. I like you,” the letter continued. “You are genuine and nuanced … just like you are with your music. You keep me on my toes, those who remain, at least. You can’t be locked up and it’s refreshing. I can’t wait to. I see you killing in that hat, but I really hope you don’t disappear. “

The giveaway comes after Cardi changed her profile picture on Twitter last week, replacing it with a photo of Penn Badgley playing her iconic character.

It seems that the artist and Badgely also developed a budding friendship which began after they connected online, expressing genuine admiration for each other. The actor was documented telling a You press conference that he’s a huge fan of the way Cardi uses social media.

“I really appreciate people who have this totally second nature relationship,” he said, “because that’s when you have something meaningful and substantial to post, then I think it really comes through and that people appreciate it all the more. ” To which Cardi B responded by tweeting: “OOOOMMFFFGGGGGG HE KNOWS ME !!! OMMMGGGG !!!!!! Yoooo like I’m famous famous.”
