Paternity lawsuit alleges Tristan Thompson has third child

Tristan Thompson found himself caught in more drama, with a paternity lawsuit claiming he is the father of a third child.

According to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, personal trainer Maralee Nichols is suing the Sacramento Kings basketball player. She recently revealed that she had given birth to a baby boy and she believes Thompson is the father, although he denies the claims.

The two reportedly conceived the baby in March of this year, just as Thompson rekindled his relationship with Khloé Kardashian with whom he shares his daughter True. This is unconfirmed information, although in a statement included in the documents he admits to having had sex with Nichols on several occasions since meeting at a party.

And according to a legal file that Page Six claims to have reviewed, the athlete appeared to threaten Nichols and attempted to silence her in exchange for $ 75,000. “You know I’m retiring after this season,” said Thompson’s supposed text. “So in terms of support, that will be all that is required monthly for someone who is unemployed. It’s in Texas, so it’s only going to be a few hundred dollars. So you better take that 75k than that. I’m offering because you won’t get anything close to having a child with an unemployed father. “

Nichols moved from Texas to California based on a since-deleted Instagram post. She captioned the sunset photo: “I took this beautiful photo last night of my new town! I’m learning to focus on the beautiful things around me instead of all the negative things.”

She added: “Things are very difficult right now, but I know this will all be over and my little boy and I can live happy lives. I made a mistake, but I am human. I will not post no personal photos for a while as I don’t want to hurt my family. Thanks in advance for your understanding. “

Thompson reportedly asked Nichols to take a paternity test in July. He is said to have said in a case file that he would be prepared to pay child support if she could prove the child was his.
