LAST WEEK’S MYSTERY, “River View”, was taken from Higgins Pier at the end of the West Ashley Bike Path in the Ashleyville neighborhood. In the distance, across the Ashley River, is the Citadel. The pier, dedicated in 2016 to neighborhood educator and longtime activist Leonard Higgins.
