We stay true to the flying design with this mystery photo of a butterfly statue made from blue granite, the state stone of South Carolina. Thousands of people should have spied on this room over the past month, but where exactly is it and what do you know about it? We will send some City paper sstir at the 5th person which correctly identifies the mystery of this week. To enter (one entry per person), email your guess, name and hometown to: [email protected]
LAST WEEK’S MYSTERY , “Another Bird”, turned out to be more difficult than expected. Only seven people guessed correctly in the weekly contest in which we planned to send swag to the 24th correct guesser. (Shows what we know.) So we’ll stick a loot in the mail to three of the guessers who knew the photo was a bronze of an eagle at Mount Pleasant Waterfront Park. Congratulation!
Every Monday the city paper features a mystery photo taken somewhere in the Lowcountry. We encourage you to guess — and Make sure you share your name and city in which you live. We will uncover the mystery the following week and, from time to time, offer a prize.
PREMIUM: If you would like to submit a mystery photo taken by you for us to share, send it to our mystery email address. Be sure to put “Submission” in the subject line.
MYSTERIES OF THE PAST: As the time for guessing on these mysteries is over, you might like to see mysterious old photos that intrigue readers. Enjoy!
